Your body & heart remember rhythms your mind has forgotten.
This summer solstice, we're gathering to remember what it feels like to move without performing. To dance without choreography. To let our bodies speak the language they knew before we taught them to be quiet.
Cacao opens the heart. Movement unlocks what's been stored. And in the longest day of the year, we reclaim our right to take up space.
This isn't about dancing perfectly or looking spiritual. It's about letting your body lead for once. About moving the energy that's been stuck. About remembering that celebration is medicine. Our heart is home and our navigating light.
We'll drink ceremonial cacao as the sun reaches its peak power. We'll move to rhythms that call something ancient awake in our cells. We'll dance until we remember who we were before we learned to shrink.
Your sensitivity isn't too much here. Your wildness isn't unwelcome. Your body's wisdom isn't wrong.
Summer solstice ceremony: 24 June, 7pm. Sacred space for those ready to remember their power through movement and the heart.
