Stillness & Release: A Journey Inward
Step away from the busyness of life and into a space of deep rest, nourishment, and reconnection. This monthly session offers you a sacred pause—an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself.
We combine four powerful practices:
🌿 Myofascial Release – Gently release tension and stagnation held in the fascia through guided self-massage techniques using soft props. A wonderful way to prepare the body and quiet the mind.
🧘♀️ Yin Yoga – Restorative postures held for time to open the deeper layers of the body and create space within. A meditative practice that supports stillness and inner listening.
🌙 Yoga Nidra – A guided deep relaxation practice, also known as yogic sleep. This invites the nervous system into parasympathetic rest, where profound healing and integration can occur.
🔔 Sound Therapy – Let the healing vibrations of sound wash over you. Singing bowls, gongs & chimes help to soothe the mind, balance the body, and invite harmony on all levels.
This session is designed to help you:
• Regulate your nervous system
• Let go of accumulated stress and tension
• Connect more deeply with your body and inner wisdom
• Cultivate a sense of safety, spaciousness, and calm
