Suzy Castleman is the owner and creator of Tofte Manor. She is a qualified crystal healer and member of ACHO. Her work in crystal healing focuses on balancing the energy fields and aligning soul patterning. She has studied the Kabbalah and other fields of esoteric work such as tarot, yoga, meditation, sacred geometry, tantra and the ancient Egyptian deities.

She is fascinated by the repeated patterning of our universe and how these are reflected within us. She has an on going interest in understanding energy and the polarities that exist within all energy. Her work here at Tofte is dedicated to balancing these polarities within us and thereby maintaining balance in our lives and enabling a connection to the Divine within us. She believes in the importance of drinking only high quality energised water as an essential part of our health on all levels. Part of her work is to help men and women to balance their relationships through understanding the differences in their energy, to accept these differences and honour them.

She sits on the advisory committee for the Standard Chartered Bank charity ‘Seeing is Believing’ and has done so since its inception. She regularly gives talks on Crystal Healing, Labyrinths and the importance of balance in our lives and is available for public talking.

Suzy is a joint guardian with Kathleen Murray and Gillian Ellis of the ancient Mongolian jade skeleton AS-KA-RA, an ancient shamanic healing tool of high consciousness. She has several crystal skulls and believes in the importance of working through and with these energies to help shift our continually evolving human consciousness.

She sees part of her work and purpose as being a sponsor and promoter of high quality work in the field of spiritual advancement.
