We run a year-round program of events and courses at Tofte Manor which are open to all. From yoga and meditation to talks and workshops exploring spiritual and esoteric themes we offer something for all ages and interests with children being especially welcome at our yoga inspired movement adventures.

Our regular instructors are all acknowledged experts and specialists in their field and will ensure that your experience at Tofte Manor will be an enriching and fulfilling one.
